Jon minus 9....
I've watched this show from the beginning and my thoughts are...if Kate was really wronged by Jon, we'd all certainly know the details by now. Her best acting job is playing the martyr, so you know she'd be out there whining and crying if he did something wrong to her. I do think both of them are having a mid-life crisis in their ealy 30's. It doesn't look good either way!
