I just read this post, and you just really have no idea how much your children change and you wonder why the time has passed so quickly. I always tell my bean that I miss that little girl I used to have. Not that I don't totally love her to death now, but as time changes, your kids change and you "lose" that person to someone new.
So, now that she is 16 and kind of like a mini adult, I look forward to the upcoming events in her life...college, jobs, marriage, kids.
You just can't believe how time flies!
