Zingerman's

I ended up sending an email to Zingerman's about our lunch from the other day. I was so surprised when I got a call from the manager of the deli. I appreciated that he took the time to call me to explain what has been going on with the pickles and surprised that I was disappointed in our lunch. I told him I loved the place and it certainly didn't deter me from wanting to go back again. He gave me a refund for our lunch, which I thought was pretty generous, and asked me to come find him the next time we're there so he could appologize in person. Now is that customer service or what? They're having a cake tasting this Sunday and I think I might have to go up there for it! Nadine wanted one for her birthday, I think I might get this one...
